The Career LAUNCH program is an adult workforce development program that focuses on Looking for career opportunities, Accessing education and credentials, Unlocking participant potential through personal development, Navigating workforce culture, environments, and entrepreneurship, Career coaching and counseling, and getting Hired!

 

The vision of the Career LAUNCH program is to partner with community agencies and educational institutions to provide amenities necessary for rural economic and workforce development.

We provide ongoing skills-based training and professional development opportunities and partner with local organizations and businesses to serve as job-placement sites.
